Very Pleased!

I bought the program and encountered a couple of issues with features. I sent a message regarding problem and Earl, Principle Engineer, had responded within an hour.(this was on a Saturday). He worked with me back and forth with e-mails between Saturday and Sunday and was able to find the problem and fix it. Have to say I am very impressed. Through our discussion I mentioned some other features I would have liked to see....he asked some more questions regarding what I was looking for and said he would be working on adding that feature. This program is simple, but comes with incredible custumor support.
